We are a small, family-run farm that raises a few hundred turkeys (versus commercial farms that raise thousands); we do our best to provide the weight range you have pre-ordered, but there are some factors beyond our control that cause our birds to be under or overweight than what we project with our calculations. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your size request.
