Picanha (also known as the sirloin cap) is a cut of beef taken from the rump area above the butt, where it sits on a thick layer of fat. It is a combination cut of a rump cap and sirloin steaks.
This cut is incredible for the grill - slice it up and cover it with homemade Chimichurri.
